We caught up with Michael Biehn and his wife Jennifer Blanc at their Fan Expo signing table. We originally expected to only get a couple of minutes with them, but it turned out to be the longest interview of the show.

Ubisoft had quite a bit going on at Fan Expo in Toronto this year.  One of the upcoming titles that caught our eye was Rocksmith, which puts a new spin on the rhythm guitar game.  It’s specfically designed to work with any electric guitar, which plugs into your Xbox 360, PS3 or PC via a USB adapter, and uses the chords you strum to keep track.

Ryan talks with Sam Sarkar, writer of The Vault, a 3 issue mini-series put out by Image Comics. Sam talks about Oak Island and its infamous Money Pit, which was the real life inspiration for the story, and about the comic being optioned for a film.

I first saw this while looking for some kitchen utensils at a home/kitchen store. It is a silicon jar opener. Composed of a rubbery silicon material with a hard plastic tightening collar, it is made to open the toughest of jars.

Alex talks with Rich Stevens, creator of the long running Diesel Sweeties webcomic, who was on hand at TCAF this year.  The conversation ends up being less about comics and more about his love of robots, which shouldn’t be much of a surprise.

Our time spent with Child Of Eden was similarly engrossing, and even surpasses its predecessor in many ways. While the ‘inside the network’ storyline continues, visually the game is more lush, replacing many of the vector outlines with vibrant colours. The blending of audio and video carries over from Rez, and playing it on Kinect brings even more to the game.

We first met April Mullen and Tim Doiron at 2009′s Fan Expo, they were promoting the DVD release their hilarious mockumentary Rock, Paper, Scissors: The Way of the Tosser.  Between then and now, they’ve gone on to make another feature film, Gravy Train, which premiered this past April, and has now launched on DVD, but you can find out about that, and more, in the video interview.
