Left 4 Dead 2 is out, and is all that and more

Valve unlocked Left for Dead 2 at midnight, on November 17th, for those who pre-ordered, and pre-loaded the game. This, believe it or not, is a real game, coming from EricRuthGames early next year. The flagship title of the PixelForce NES de-makes is Valve’s Left 4 Dead. This game play footage gives you an idea of what the project looks like in action and how it plays. As you can see, it’s a standard top-down 4 directional action/shooter. Local Zombies take over Downtown Toronto…for the 6th time.

The 2008 Toronto Zombie Walk is in the books. What started in 2003 as a small gathering of friends culminated on Oct 19 at Trinity Bellwoods park when Zombies turned out in numbers that no one expected. Thea Munster, the Walk’s creator and organizer, said they were expecting “about 1500.” Conservative estimates put the actual number at approximately 2500.
