Inception prequel comic online – The Cobol Job
Even though I read about this ‘prequel’ comic before I saw Inception (twice!) this weekend I didn’t read it immediately. You see I was attempting a media blackout of all information about the movie, so I would go into the theater knowing as little as possible about the film. After seeing the film, I can tell you that the comic spoils nothing, especially if you have already seen some the trailers, and know a little about the film’s premise.
The comics is written by Jordan Goldberg, one of the co-producers of Inception, who has worked with Christopher Nolan since Batman begins. It is drawn by Long Vo, Joe Ng and Crystal Reid of Toronto based Udon Comics, and is presented on a webpage with a great interface (and full screen option) that zooms right into the comic, and moves from panel to panel as you read it.
